The 2 Cent King

Life in Pictures!

Looking at the below picture (taken recently during my NY trip) people usually would prefer fancy naming it as "The Path to Light" "The Road not Taken" " The Path to Destiny" and all that intellectual goop.

So I decided to take the above path which is supposedly the path to enlightenment and what not and to figure what the fuss is all about. After few meters, I turned back to see the picture below and realized that its all the same from this side as well. Don't the path I just came from look as enticing as it from the other side?.

Almost famous!

" This is unbelievable"."This is atrocious" "Blatant stealing I say " screaming in a typical desi uncle's voice. But at the same time quite exhilarating and stunningly shocking (if ever that phrase exists) that my CDS-5 has been used as the plot outline by the makers of the latest Nicholas Cage movie "The Weather Man". Moreover Paramount pictures made a movie out of it. See the subtle references below.

Plot Outline: A Chicago weather man (Cage), separated from his wife and children, debates whether professional and personal success are mutually exclusive.

and my CDS-5 reads as

The height of hypocrisy from the so called "society", is advocating that key to success in any kind of career be it business ,sports or whatever profession you are in is not being happy with what you have or achieved, but at the same time telling them that happiness comes from being content with what you have in life. So they are telling you that success and happiness are mutually exclusive. What a scam!!

Does this mean I can sue them that the plot line and story idea is kind of loosely ( as loose as Charlie Chaplin pants)based on my CDS series. Does this mean finally I can buy that elusive car I have been dreaming about? does this mean I can bribe my way into getting a GF, does this mean I can buy all the DVD's/movie prints ever existed of Tushaar kapoor and burn them down, does this mean I can give away money for each comment I get, does this mean...

Hmm!! I really need to think about what to do with all the money. As you see right now my priorities are all messed up. Whatever it is, at this rate I should really be patenting my CDS series. Look at the following adulation for this series in the past months.

"You need a 24-hr supply of Caffeine
to your body so we can get rid of this series.:) "

"Please! People-who-work-with-gvenum, keep his coffee pot full." ( yes! its you Gabby)

But some stopped at

"interesting...."

and some couldn't take it anymore

"where did ya find this piece of shit?"

and there were some who took inspiration.

"oh this one is really cool - I should seriously start having coffee." ( Thanks Sagnik)

But perseverance held me on. I believed in my ability to come up with alarming ways of annoying people. Where is this special talent coming from? May I am a Super Man. Yup! that got to be it. * remembers to remind my SIL to work on my costume fast*

PS: Before I could publish this anguish, I was told by the li'l birdie from the clouds that I am not the first one to discover that Earth is round and ignorance is neither bliss nor money. May I add ignorance is also a bummer.
